Tenants moving into Bentleigh and McKinnon stations shops

Leases have been signed at all five shops at Bentleigh and McKinnon stations.

One of the shops at Bentleigh will be home to a creperie, while a local medical practitioner expanding their practice will move into the other two.

At McKinnon, both shops will be used for community purposes, including the temporary relocation of Bentleigh Library and Youth Centre while the Jasper Road site is being upgraded.

It has been four years since the level crossings were removed at Centre Road, McKinnon Road and North Road, as part of the Andrews Labor Government’s commitment to remove 75 of our worst and most congested level crossings. The new shops were built as part of the redevelopment of Bentleigh and McKinnon stations.

“The new tenants provide a good mix of health, hospitality and community and I know that they will help invigorate our treasured local shopping strips.”
